UK's hardcore party lads CONTINENTS have released their first studio update for their upcoming release Idle Hands, out January 22nd, 2013. Idle Hands is being described as "some of the heaviest material they have ever produced". Step inside the recording studio with drummer Duncan Hamill as he gives fans a tour, tracks drums and shows off his kit.
