Santiago-based Chilean modern metal force WE ARE THE MONSTER return with “MY NIGHTMARE,” a new official video that continues the band's evolution of heavy modern metal, metalcore aggression and electronic textures. Formed in Santiago in 2020, the band have developed a dark and futuristic identity where crushing riffs, atmospheric elements and contrasting vocals collide, creating a sound built around both intensity and emotion. Their music has consistently explored themes of suffering, resilience, liberation and the darker sides of human experience.

WE ARE THE MONSTER have established their sound by combining the aggression of classic metalcore with modern melodic passages and electronic and industrial elements. Their approach allows the band to move between punishing heaviness and atmospheric tension, while their visual identity plays an equally important role in shaping the world surrounding the music. “MY NIGHTMARE” arrives as another chapter in that ongoing evolution, reinforcing the band's distinctive modern-metal character.

Since their formation, WE ARE THE MONSTER have steadily expanded their presence within the Chilean metal scene, sharing stages with internationally recognized acts including JINJER, AVATAR, IN EXTREMO and DEVILOOF. The band also developed their immersive Welcome To Born In The End live production around their debut album, further establishing the connection between their music, visual presentation and stage performance.
