MOGY Announces New EP ‘sorry, i’m late’ Listen To The New Single ‘iFLIRTD’

UK shoegaze artist MOGY today returns with his new single ‘iFLIRTD’, the first glimpse into his forthcoming EP sorry, i’m late, due for release on 5th November. Fusing towering walls of distortion with dreamlike melodies and painfully honest lyricism, ‘iFLIRTD’ captures the emotional contradiction of wanting to hold onto someone who refuses to meet you halfway. Simultaneously euphoric and devastating, the track pairs shimmering guitars with an explosive chorus that lingers long after it ends.

Produced and mixed by Franco Reid (Wisp), iFLIRTD expands MOGY’s signature blend of shoegaze and alternative rock while retaining the intimate vulnerability that has already connected with millions of listeners worldwide, his music has amassed over seven million streams. Speaking about the track, MOGY says:

“iFLIRTD comes from a place of fear and anxiety. My greatest fear is death, so the words ‘I feel like I’m ready to die’ couldn’t really be further from the truth, but maybe when I’m with her the feeling is different."

Over the past year MOGY has quietly become one of the UK’s most exciting emerging names in modern shoegaze. Finding an audience drawn to artists such as Wisp, EKKSTACY, Novulent and Scarlet House, while building a dedicated international following through atmospheric visuals and emotionally resonant songwriting.

The new single also marks the announcement of MOGY’s EP, sorry, i’m late, arriving 5th November. Across six tracks, ‘sorry, i’m late’ explores the quiet moments that follow heartbreak, overthinking, isolation and the slow process of learning to let go. iFLIRTD is MOGY’s most immediate and ambitious release to date, offering another compelling introduction to an artist helping shape the next generation of shoegaze.
