Following the previously released singles, "Are You Holding Me Back?" showcases another powerful side of ACP's sound. Balancing crushing heaviness with emotional intensity and soaring melodies, the track captures the band's ability to combine high-voltage energy with deeply personal songwriting. The accompanying music video mirrors this dynamic, underlining the song's emotional tension while amplifying its raw intensity. Singer Antonio Calanna reveals:

Sometimes they are built from memories, promises, and feelings we are afraid to let go of. ‘Are You Holding Me Back?’ is about reaching the point where love and pain become impossible to distinguish.
