Following the global success of “The Rumbling,” as the season four opening theme for Attack On Titan, Japanese rock band SiM unveil “FREEZE ME UP,” the opening theme for the upcoming TV anime BLACK TORCH.
The song is featured in the anime’s newly released main trailer, offering fans a first listen to the track alongside a preview of the series’ supernatural action. “FREEZE ME UP” will also appear on SiM’s forthcoming seventh full-length album, HOOMAN AFTER ALL, drops September 2.
The announcement arrives as SiM prepare for the North American leg of their HOOMAN AFTER ALL tour this fall, bringing their latest music to audiences across the U.S. and Canada.

About BLACK TORCH
Jiro Azuma is not your average high schooler. Hailing from a long line of ninja, Jiro has been brought up by his grandfather in the ancient warrior art of the shinobi. Jiro also happens to be a particularly skilled communicator able to converse with the animal world. But life takes an abrupt turn thanks to a mysterious encounter in the forest with an injured black cat named Rago.

Scheduled for release on September 2, HOOMAN AFTER ALL marks SiM’s first full-length studio album in three years and includes the newly announced anime theme “FREEZE ME UP,” alongside recent singles “FiVE TiMES DEAD (by my wallet)” and “BLiNDEYES feat. Yukina from HANABIE”.
