German dark metal frontrunners Lord of the Lost return with a tongue-in-cheek twist on their signature aesthetic, unveiling the official video for “Es Gibt Nur Einen Gott.” After years steeped in themes of darkness, ritual, and the occult, the band “shockingly” pivots toward divine devotion—delivered with unmistakable sarcasm and a knowing wink.

Marking a rare German-language release, “Es Gibt Nur Einen Gott” (“There Is Only One God”) leans into theatrical contrast, pairing its bold declaration with the band’s characteristically dramatic sound.
