VICIOUS RAIN Dropped Their Sophomore Album, "Share New Video Gods of Glass & Wire Part II"

Swiss metalcore rising force Vicious Rain return with their highly anticipated sophomore album The Anatomy of Surviving, a powerful and uncompromising new chapter that further cements the band as one of the most exciting emerging acts in the European heavy scene.

Arriving alongside the album is the striking focus track "Gods of Glass & Wire Part II," accompanied by an intense new music video that captures the band’s dark, cinematic vision and explosive sonic energy. The track serves as the perfect centerpiece for the record — blending crushing riffs, atmospheric tension and towering melodies into a statement of intent that showcases Vicious Rain at their most ambitious.

The new album builds on the strong momentum the band has already generated throughout the cycle, which has amassed over 830,000 streams worldwide so far.

To mark the release of the album, the band will take over Werkk Baden this Friday for their official album release show, joined by special guests AVRALIZE and Polar Shift for a night set to bring the full force of the new material to the stage.

Beyond the release show, Vicious Rain continue to expand their live presence across the heavy music landscape. The band is also set to appear at Get The Shot Done Fest, sharing the stage with heavyweights including Any Given Day, ACCVSED, and Caliban.

With The Anatomy of Surviving, Vicious Rain deliver a defining statement that pushes their sound further than ever before. Backed by a relentless touring schedule and growing international attention, the Swiss quartet are proving that their rise is only just beginning — and this new album is set to echo far beyond their borders.
