North Carolina metalcore outfit VALLEYS is set to unleash their latest single, “Infinite Dream,” on April 5, 2026. Marking an aggressive new chapter for the band, the track fuses traditional metalcore with the crushing weight of deathcore to create a chilling, high-intensity listening experience.
Produced with elite sonic precision, “Infinite Dream” was mixed by Brandon Scurlark (Krosis/Dark Heir Media) and mastered by Chris Whited (Dead Rabbit audio/Bodysnatcher). The single was forged in the heat of social unrest, specifically inspired by the tension surrounding I.C.E. raids in Minneapolis. The track features chest-thumping percussion and searing guitar work, underscored by a relentless "fed up" energy that mirrors its central message of rising to the occasion. In a unique thematic twist, the song also serves as a powerful homage to Madara Uchiha from the iconic anime Naruto.
“Honestly, I found myself extremely angry at the way our brothers and neighbors were being treated—people being killed in the street. Why aren’t we angry?” says vocalist Jayson Hall. “When we were in the studio looking for an overall theme, it just felt right to incorporate that famous speech from Madara.”
Following the success of their 2019 release Fearless, which caught the attention of Tragic Hero Records and secured the band’s first record deal, VALLEYS has "come back from the dead." According to Hall and new member Andrew Sapinkopf, the band has no plans of slowing down this time.
“Infinite Dream” will be available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Tidal, on April 5, 2026.
Hailing from Raleigh, NC, VALLEYS is a metalcore force known for blending technical aggression with raw, topical storytelling. After a hiatus following their tenure with Tragic Hero Records, the band has returned with a revamped lineup and a refined sound that pushes the boundaries of the genre.
