SOULHARBOUR Unveil “Tempest” Official Music Video From Upcoming EP Primal

After nearly a year of silence, Budapest, Hungary’s metalcore/modern metal force SOULHARBOUR return with “Tempest,” the official music video taken from their upcoming EP Primal, set for release on March 12th. Marking a powerful new chapter for the band, the EP will feature 5+1 tracks and captures the resilience and evolution forged during a period of uncertainty and rebuilding.

About a year ago, SOULHARBOUR found themselves without a drummer — a moment that tested the band’s spirit. Rather than stall their momentum, they pushed forward and began recording Primal, channeling frustration and determination into new material. During the creative process and after a long search, the band found their new drummer and officially welcome Richard Bertok to the lineup. They also extend their gratitude to Gergo Gocze for the journey and shared experiences that helped shape their path.

“Tempest” embodies the element of air and dives deep into the nature of human consciousness. The band frames the mind as an open, endless sky — inherently clear and expansive. Yet within that sky, storms form. Thoughts, emotions, longings, anxieties, and extreme mental states gather like violent weather systems, temporarily obscuring clarity and masking who we truly are beneath the turbulence.

The video’s visual motifs — bags and distorted presences — serve as manifestations of these internal storm clouds. Money, work, addictions, and the relentless need for control become suffocating forces that cloud perception and disconnect us from our authentic selves. With “Tempest,” SOULHARBOUR break their silence not with a whisper, but with a storm — signaling that Primal marks a bold and uncompromising new era for the band.
