At the last-minute invitation to replace ULTRA VOMIT, French heavyweights RISE OF THE NORTHSTAR brought their Japanese-influenced neo-metal crossover to Clisson for Hellfest 2025. Since their inception, the Parisians have fused Japanese pop culture with extreme music, delivering a sound and spectacle that is as visually striking as it is sonically explosive.
Comprising Vithia on vocals, Eva-B and Air One on guitars, Yoru on bass, and Phantom on drums, the band opened up to the Clisson crowd after conquering the Philharmonie de Paris during their Warm Up tour 2024. Their performance combined groove, metalcore, thrash, and hip-hop, creating a high-octane set that had the audience moving from start to finish.
