Australian Metalcore band HEAVENSGATE have announced their signing to Pure Noise Records.
Speaking about the news the band said, "It's been incredibly exciting to sign with a label like Pure Noise Records. Being amongst their calibre of artists that we've looked up to for years, with a team that believes in our vision, is very encouraging as we take this next step with them. The band collectively felt a "pinch me" moment the minute we signed and everything was official. Looking ahead, we know HEAVENSGATE is in great hands with this collaboration from Pure Noise Records and Greyscale Records."
To celebrate the news of their signing the band have released a brand new single and video, 'Oblivion'.
The band added about the single that "OBLIVION expresses the lived experience of a toxic relationship and the never-ending cycle which the two experience. The collapse of everything around them while all they have is each other. Although the story we are telling is of a relationship with a significant other, the lyrics are crafted in a sense to allow the listener to relate to similar hardships. Whether that be with another loved one, substance, or any other form of dependence."
